Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Monterey (HACM) is currently accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications. Waiting lists for a specific bedroom size or property may be closed.

To apply, visit the HACM website, and scroll down to the "Project Based Waiting Lists" section. Download and print the application for properties of interest with an open waiting list.

Once the application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the HACM office, located at 123 Rico Street, Salinas, CA 93907, or faxed to (831) 424-9153.
