Coastside, Half Moon Village and Sequoia Belle Haven Senior Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo (HACSM) Senior Section 8 Project-based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Coastside, Half Moon Village and Sequoia Belle Haven is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from January 19, 2021, until February 17, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to HACSM, this waiting list is "limited to persons 62 and older".

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $60,900 | 5 Persons $94,000
• 2 Persons $68,600 | 6 Persons $100,950
• 3 Persons $78,300 | 7 Persons $107,900
• 4 Persons $87,000 | 8 Persons $114,850

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• San Mateo County residents.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
