Lancaster Homes Senior Multi-Family Housing Waiting List

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom Senior Multi-Family Housing apartments at Lancaster Homes is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 26, 2019, until March 31, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application.
2. Call the LACDA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
