Grass Valley Terrace Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Regional Housing Authority (RHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Grass Valley Terrace is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on an unconfirmed date in 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list may have had any of the following preferences:

• Families with at least one adult working
  • Families with at least one adult working 6 months. Extended to elderly families and family with hoh or spouse with permanent disability receiving income.
• Family who lives in Sutter Nev Col Yuba
  • Resident who lives in Sutter, Nevada, Colusa, or Yuba Counties
• Household member is veteran or service person
• Involuntary Displaced
  • Involuntary displacement due to government action, action of housing owner, inaccessibility, property disposition.
• Victim of Domestic Violence
  • Victim of Domestic Violence within the previous 6 months

It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
