1 and 2-Bedroom Kingwood Commons Waiting List

The Regional Housing Authority (RHA) waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Kingwood Commons is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from February 22, 2021 until an unconfirmed date in 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application.
2. In person at the RHA.
3. Call the RHA to request the application by mail.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Dropped off at the RHA.
2. Mailed to the RHA.
3. Faxed to the RHA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
