3-Bedroom Kingwood Commons Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Regional Housing Authority Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 3-Bedroom apartments at Kingwood Commons is currently open.

The RHA is accepting application for this waiting list from March 21, 2022 at 8:00 am PT, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application available here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Dropped off at the RHA,1455 Butte House Road, Yuba City, CA 95993.
2. Mailed to the RHA, address mentioned above.
3. Faxed to (530) 673-0775.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
