Lone Oak Senior Apartments Senior Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Regional Housing Authority (RHA) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Lone Oak Senior Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from July 1, 2020, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application here.
2. Pick up an application at 1455 Butte House Road, Yuba City, CA 95993.

This waiting list may have any of the following preferences:

• Families with at least one adult working
  • Families with at least one adult working 6 months. Extended to elderly families and family with hoh or spouse with permanent disability receiving income.
• Family who lives in Sutter Nev Col Yuba
  • Resident who lives in Sutter, Nevada, Colusa, or Yuba Counties
• Household member is veteran or service person
• Involuntary Displaced
  • Involuntary displacement due to government action, action of housing owner, inaccessibility, property disposition.
• Victim of Domestic Violence
  • Victim of Domestic Violence within the previous 6 months

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
