3, 4, and 5-Bedroom, Public Housing Waiting List

The Hialeah Housing Authority (HHA) waiting list for 3, 4, 5-Bedroom Public Housing apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from September 30, 2019, until October 4, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

250 applicants were placed on the 3-Bedroom waiting list, 20 applicants will be placed on the 4-Bedroom waiting list, and 10 applicants will be placed on the 5-Bedroom waiting list; all by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
