The New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority (NSBHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last confirmed to be open in July 2017; and before that in June 2014. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

New Smyrna Beach, FL is about 50 miles northeast of Orlando, FL.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Working 20+ hours for at least six months or receive disability income, local resident of Daytona Beach, South Daytona, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, or Oak Hill.

Applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
