Public Housing Waiting List

The New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority (NSBHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application online here.
2. Pick up an application at the NSBHA office, located at 1101 South Dixie Freeway, P.O. Box 688, New Smyrna, FL 32170, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm ET, Monday-Thursday.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address above.

The following documents are required with the application: Birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, landlord verification, bank statements, green card, proof of citizenship, or passport, if not a natural born U.S. citizen, if pregnant, proof of pregnancy, verification of continued employment, and three months of paystubs, and verification of current address.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
