Palatka, Florida Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Palatka Housing Authority (PHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Pre-applications were last accepted from October 1, 2019, until October 15, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Open and print the pre-application online.
2.  Pick up a pre-application from one of several locations.

Once the pre-application was completed, it must have been either:

1. Postmarked between October 1, 2019 to October 15, 2019, and mailed to the Palatka Housing Authority.
2. Dropped off at the PHA main office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

The income limits were as follows:

1 Person $18,100 | 5 Person $27,950
2 Person $20,700 | 6 Person $30,000
3 Person $23,300 | 7 Person $32,100
4 Person $25,850 | 8 Person $34,150

It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
