3, 4, and 5-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Palatka Housing Authority (PHA) Public Housing waiting list for 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2018, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Download and print the application online here. Scroll down to the "Pre-Application" section, and select the "Public Housing - Pre-Application" link.
2. Pick up an application at the PHA office, located at  400 North 15th Street, Palatka, Florida, 32177, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm ET. 

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to P.O. Box 1277, Palatka, FL 32178. Be sure to include two criminal background forms for each household member that is 16 or older.
2. Dropped off at the PHA office, located at 400 North 15th Street, Palatka, Florida, 32177, during office hours.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, Near Elderly, Disabled, Homeless, Working Families.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
