Scattered Sites Public Housing Waiting List

The Geneva Housing Authority (GHA) Public Housing waiting list for 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Scattered Sites is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least April 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the Geneva Housing Authority, 41 Lewis Street Geneva, P.O. Box 153, NY 14456.
2. Faxed to (315) 789-8024.
3. Dropped off at the GHA, address mentioned above, Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm ET.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $44,950 | 5 Persons $69,300
• 2 Persons $51,350 | 6 Persons $74,450
• 3 Persons $57,750 | 7 Persons $79,550
• 4 Persons $64,150 | 8 Persons $84,700

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Involuntarily displaced due to natural disaster.
• Homeless due to home being rendered uninhabitable by a fire or other natural disaster.
• Resident of the City of Geneva or the Town of Geneva.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
