About This Building
We have funding to assist low-income District residents facing housing emergencies. The program provides funding for overdue rent if a qualified household is facing eviction (including late costs and court fees). The program also support security deposits and first month's rent for residents moving to new apartments. To qualify for ERAP: To qualify for ERAP: Telephone intake occurs every Monday of the month. Phone lines are open from 9am to 10am and we are able to accept the first 45-50 qualified applicants. Please, no walk-ins! Appointments will be provided following the telephone screening. Before your appointment: Please review our checklist to make sure you bring photocopies of all the necessary items. Please note: staff is unable to make copies. Please copy your documents before your appointment.
