East River Family Strengthening Collaborative offers assistance to those who are in the process of being investigated by the child welfare system. This assistance can be in the form of rental or utility payment assistance. Assistance is offered for up to 30 days during the families investigation period. Days of Operations: Mondays through Fridays Hours of Operation: 8:30am-7:00pm (Mondays to Thursdays) 8:30am to 5:00pm (Fridays) Some evenings and Saturday hours available
