The City of Kissimmee Rent Assistance Program

There is a maximum amount for rent assistance not to exceed $1,200.00 or one month of rent, whichever is less. Eligibility:     Must be a City of Kissimmee resident.     Household income must be less than 80% of the average median income.     During the COVID-19 crisis, the residents must provide a documented loss of income related to COVID-19 impacts due to health, employment, or school/child care closures.
