Muncie Mission Ministries, Inc.  services available to low-income families include:    food pantry available once each month    vouchers for clothing once every three months    household items and hygiene products    limited emergency funds for utility bills rent once every twelve months In order to receive assistance, we ask the families to provide:    Photo ID ID for children in the household (Social Security card or birth certificate)    Proof of residence (copy of lease or a utility bill)    Proof of income, if there is any
