Southwest Community Ministries helps with utilities and/or housing is available to those in need Living in 40272, 40258 or the Jefferson County Portion of 40177 to keep their utilities from being discontinued and/or keeping them from becoming homeless. You All Clients Need to send copies of the following to: [email protected]    Attention:  Karen or you can drop copies off in our locked mailbox located at the edge of our parking lot.      Picture ID for all adults in HH     Proof of previous months income     Letter from employer if income affected by COVID-19     Piece of mail received within the last 30 days     LG&E or Water: Utility bill (preferably one showing past due balance)     Rent:    Lease with Landlords contact information New Clients must also provide:     Copy of Social Security cards for all household members     Dates of birth and relationship of all household members (i.e. spouse, daughter, son, mother, roommate, significant other, etc.
