To apply, visit the the HAO to submit a pre-application in person, located at 801 E 7th Ave., Oakdale, LA 71463. Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when applying.
