True North Community Services Fremont Rent Assistance strives to help low-income families remain in their current housing or to acquire safer, more affordable housing by providing Housing Assistance with rent payments to prevent homelessness, or secure housing for those in crisis. True North provides Emergency Shelter to individuals and families on a limited basis, while a more permanent housing plan is developed and enacted. Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
