Christian Outreach Program Elkhorn (COPE) services provided: - Food Pantry, Clothing, and Household Goods. - Emergency Rent and Utility Assistance Program for Douglas County; those who live in Douglas County, but outside the city limits of Omaha can go to their website to apply. Service Area: Services are for their local area (Bennington, Elkhorn, and DC West school districts) Additional Services: Christmas program, Easter food baskets, and a school supply backpack program.
