Emergency Shelter Assistance Program - Temporary Assistance

Emergency Shelter Assistance Program - Temporary Assistance assists individuals and families who are homeless or near homeless and need financial assistance to prevent eviction or foreclosure, obtain permanent housing or temporary shelter.  One grant per 12-month period. Eligibility Requirements: Homelessness or near homeless individuals and families Proof of emergency and cost to stop it Proof that an ESA will solve the problem.
