The Greenville County Redevelopment Authority - GREENVILLE COUNTY funds assist low- and moderate-income persons, prevent or eliminate slums and blight, or meet a particularly urgent community need where no other funding is available. HOME funds are used to increase the supply of decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing for lower-income persons. ESG funds are used to increase the supply of shelter and provide services for homeless people and to prevent homelessness.
