St. Matthew's Episcopal Church Provides assistance with Rent Water Electric Gas bills Rent needs to be past due. Will not help with closed utility accounts. May help with payment for transitional housing if individual has lived in the housing for at least 90 days. Committee takes 30 days to process requests for assistance. Call Hours: Thursday 9:30 AM-Noon
