Alamo Area Resource Center Rent Payment Assistance

Alamo Area Resource Center Rent Payment Assistance  provides medical and non-medical case management services after initial assessment to include access and adherence to medical care, and referrals to other agencies for emergency rent and utility assistance, if needed. Case management will coordinate with AARC's transportation to medical, dental and social service appointments. Eligibility:   Must show proof of HIV positivity and Texas residency; may need proof of income for financial assistance. Services include: Hiv specialty care LGBT primary care Free hiv testing Early intervention program Case management Counseling (spanish & english available) Health insurance assistance Housing assistance Transportation assistance Peer education program
