Guadalupe Community Center

The Guadalupe Community Center provides financial assistance for rent and utilities, as well as food and clothing assistance, for low income individuals and families.  The program goal is to help those in crisis cope and achieve self-sufficiency through advocacy, education, and information and referral assistance. To be eligible must be an individuals who meets city income eligibility requirements. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
