Provide Rental, Mortgage and Utility assistance. Documents required:  Lease agreement and Ledger signed by all parties.  Financial Hardship evidence, for example, Furloughed Letter, check stubs showing a decrease of hours or pay, bank statement showing loss of income.  Current income.  Household size evidence.  Identification for every household member. Submitting an application does NOT guarantee to fund.
