The Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from June 25, 2023 at 8:00 am, until August 25, 2023 at 8:00 pm MT

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $32,750 | 5 Persons $50,500
• 2 Persons $37,400 | 6 Persons $54,250
• 3 Persons $42,100 | 7 Person $58,000
• 4 Persons $46,750 | 8 Persons $61,750

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

4,000 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences
