Senior Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara waiting list for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher units is currently open.

The HACSB is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of May 3, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to the HACSB, "Eligible applicants must be at least 62 years old."

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application here. The waiting list is listed as "Senior Housing – Subsidized."
