Workforce Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara waiting list for Workforce Housing units is currently open.

The HACSB is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of October 2, 2018, until further notice.

Please note: According to the HACSB, "Rental Units owned and/or operated by the City Housing Authority for employed individuals and families, with incomes up to 80% AMI based on household size." More information can be found here.
