The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara waiting list for Workforce Housing units is currently open.

The HACSB is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of May 3, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to the HACSB, "Rental units owned and/or operated by the City Housing Authority for individuals and households of up to 2 people employed within the downtown Santa Barbara area as shown here Downtown Workforce Housing Map." More information can be found here.
