El Carrillo Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara waiting list for apartments at El Carrillo is currently open.

The HACSB is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of May 3, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to the HACSB, this waiting list is for a "Mix of subsidized and unsubsidized studio units operated by the City Housing Authority with on-site supportive services for the disabled, formerly homeless, and other special needs individuals." More information can be found here.
