Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin (HACSJ) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Conway Homes, Sierra Vista Homes, Tracy Homes, and Mokelumne Manor is closed.

The HACSJ last accepted applications for this waiting list from December 10, 2021, until January 21, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

• Conway Homes is located at 741 Flint Avenue in Stockton, CA. Single story units ranging from one to five bedrooms.
• Sierra Vista Homes is located at 2436 S Belleview Avenue in Stockton, CA. Single and two story units ranging from one to five bedrooms.
• Tracy Homes is located at 311 West Street in Tracy, CA. Single and two story units ranging from one to five bedrooms.
• Mokelumne Manor is located at 26188 N Manor Avenue in Stockton, CA. Single story units ranging from one to four bedrooms.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. Paper applications were not accepted.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Applicants who live or work in the county of San Joaquin.

3,000 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
