The Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo (HACSM) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2-bedroom apartments at Serenity Senior Apartments from the earliest confirmed date of February 2, 2024, until the maximum number of applications has been received.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
