Adel Court and Palo Vista Apartments Senior Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior Public Housing rental housing assistance in Oakland, California .

The Oakland Housing Authority (OHA) last accpted Senior Public Housing waiting list applications for Adel Court and Palo Vista Apartments from March 25, 2024, until April 12, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• 62+ Senior
• A Veteran and active members of the military preference (1 point).
• A Residency preference (1 point).
  • Applicants who live or work at the time of application interview and/or applicants that have lived or worked in Oakland.
• A Homeless preference (1 point)

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
