Emergency Housing Vouchers Waiting List

The Placer County Housing Authority (PCHA) Emergency Housing Vouchers waiting list is currently open. Referrals are being accepted from July 12, 2021 at 8:00 am PT, until further notice.

Please note: According to the PCHA, "The EHVs will provide rental assistance to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness; at risk of experiencing homelessness; fleeing, or attempting to flee, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking; or were recently homeless and rental assistance will prevent the individual or family’s homelessness or high risk of housing instability."

To apply during the opening period, contact Placer County 211 by dialing 2-1-1 or 1 (833) 375-2237. PCHA is not able to accept referrals directly from individuals/families and verification of eligibility will be required before a referral can be completed. 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
