Eleanor Roosevelt Senior Apartments Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Yolo County Housing (YCH) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Eleanor Roosevelt Senior Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November, 2020, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application available in English here, in Spanish here, and in Russian here.

This waiting list may have any of the following preferences:

• Live and/or work in Yolo County
• Displaced by government action through no fault of your own
• U.S. Veteran or the surviving spouse a U.S. Veteran
• Household contains at least one adult member who has worked for six months or is currently receiving unemployment benefits
• Head or spouse permanently disabled OR 62 years of age or older

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
