This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Colorado Springs Housing Authority (CSHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from July 16, 2024 at 12:00 pm, until July 18, 2024 at 12:00 pm MT. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in July, 2023

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Lives or works in El Paso County

Selection Process

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application

Please note: According to the CSHA, "If you need a pre-application in Spanish, go to www.csha.us, then click on “Click here to apply for Colorado Springs Housing Programs online”, then click on “Change Language” at the top."
