Jefferson County, Colorado Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Foothills Regional Housing Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed.

The FRH last accepted applications for this waiting list from April 19, 2022, until April 20, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Family that has been terminated from its HCV program due to insufficient program funding;
• Employed, Disabled, Elderly, Job Training Program, or Full‐Time Student and living or working in Jefferson County
• Victims of domestic violence; Involuntarily displaced by government action or natural disaster.

Applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
