Senior Apartments at Lakota Ridge Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Garfield County, Colorado.

The Garfield County Housing Authority (GCHA) Project Based waiting list for the Senior Apartments at Lakota Ridge apartments is currently open.

The GCHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of October 10, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to the GCHA "Open to any income qualified family 55 or older. Family must choose to live at the Lakota Ridge at 705 Castle Valley Blvd New Castle, CO 81647."

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person   $33,000 | 5 Persons $50,900
• 2 Persons $37,700 | 6 Persons $54,650
• 3 Persons $42,400 | 7 Persons $58,450
• 4 Persons $47,100 | 

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Currently live, work, or have been hired to work in Garfield County. 
• Families receiving TANF and have successfully completed a self-sufficiency requirement as verified by the TANF caseworker. 

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
