Grand County, Colorado Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Grand County Housing Authority (GCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 21, 2021 until June 23, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up the application from the GCHA.
2. Call the GCHA to request an application by mail.

Once the application was completed, it must have been either:

1. Dropped off at the GCHA.
2. Postmarked by July 23, 2021 at 5:00 pm and mailed to the GCHA.
3. Emailed to the CGHA.
4. Faxed to the CGHA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
