Mesa County, Colorado Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Grand Junction Housing Authority (GJHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice. 

To apply, download and print the application online here. Click the link titled "Download Application Form."

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the GJHA at 1011 N 10th St, Grand Junction, CO 81501.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Involuntarily displaced by government action, TBRA-qualified families, disabled, elderly (62+), families with persons with disabilities, single parent with dependent children under 6 years old and work 20 hours per week, families with dependent children over 6 years old and working 30 hours a week, families with children not meeting the minimum work requirement.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application has been received, by order of preferences.
