Fall River Apartments Senior Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Fall River Apartments is currently closed.

The LHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from September 22, 2021, until September 23, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the LHA, "All applicants placed on the waiting list will be removed every 6 months and the waiting list will be reopened for a new lottery."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Postmarked between September 22, 2021 and September 23, 2021 and mailed to the Longmont Housing Authority.
2. Emailed to the LHA.
3. Dropped off in person to the LHA office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
