Komanetsky Estates Senior Congregate Housing Waiting List

The Bristol Housing Authority (BHA) Senior Congregate Housing waiting list for Komanetsky Estates is currently open. Applications are being accepted from May 10, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: According to the BHA, the eligibility requirements are:

• "Residents that are 62 years or older and have temporary or permanent difficulties with one or more essential activities of daily living."

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application here.
2. Pick up an application at the Komanetsky Estates office, located at 81 Grove Avenue, Bristol ,Connecticut 06010.
3. Call (860) 585-1236 to request an application by mail.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Dropped off at the Komanetsky Estates office located at the address mentioned above.
2. Faxed to (860) 585-1248.
3. Emailed to [email protected].

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $55,950

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
