Eligibility
This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Hartford, Connecticut
The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) Public Housing waiting list for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments is closed
The HACH last accepted applications for this waiting list from October 25, 2022, until October 31, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen
There were three ways to apply during the opening period:
- Complete the online application
- Print the paper application
- Pick up an application from the HACH office
Once the application was completed, it was either:
Postmarked between October 25, 2022 and October 31, 2022; and mailed to the Admissions & Occupancy Department, Housing Authority of the City of Hartford
Dropped off at the Housing Authority’s drop box at the main office
The maximum income limit for each household size were available on the application
Preferences have not yet been confirmed
2,500 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery
