The Windsor Housing Authority (WHA) Near-Elderly waiting list for apartments at Fitch Court Apartments is currently closed. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.

Please note: According to the WHA, "All occupants must be at least 55 years of age or older and have a minimum monthly income of $1550.00 per month."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
