Escambia County, Florida Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The City of Pensacola Division of Housing (CPDH) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted on the second Wednesday of each month (excluding holidays), from September 11, 2019, at 8:00 am ET, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, call the dedicated telephone line (850) 858-0340, on the second Wednesday of the month, beginning at 8:00 am.

According to CPHO public notice, "We will accept a minimum of 25 applications on each application day." 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Applicants who need help completing the application due to disability can make a reasonable accommodation request to the housing authority via (850) 858-0340, applicants will be provided a second opportunity to make application, on the second Thursday of the month, excluding holidays, beginning at 8 a.m.
