Section 8 New Construction

The Pasco County Housing Authority (PCHA) is accepting Section 8 New Construction waiting list applications for apartments at Hudson Hills Manor from the earliest confirmed open date of September 1, 2018, until further notice

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application. Select a community link under the "Applications for Section 8 New Construction" section

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences
