Rural Development Senior Other Senior Waiting List

The Southwestern Idaho Cooperative Housing Authority (SICHA) Senior Rural Development waiting list is currently open, since at least March, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

To apply, download and print, the application online. Select the "Rural Development Senior Application" link.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the SICHA at 377 Cornell Street, Middleton, ID 83644.
