Dupage County, Illinois Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The DuPage Housing Authority (DHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed.  It was last open for for one day in March, 2019; and before that for one day in June, 2016; and in 2010. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

DuPage County, IL is about 25 miles west of Chicago, IL.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. 

This waiting list had the following preferences: Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Elderly, Disabled, Veterans, Homeless, Working/Employed, Displaced by Government Action, Displaced by Natural Disaster, Families with Children, Victims of Domestic Violence, or  Household enrolled in DHA Family Self Sufficiency Program or another HUD Demonstration Program.

1.500 applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
